Try CS5 na. Ho sakta hai you'll find it good enough. There's a full cracked version (safe to use) in the A&S forum.

Tu easy waale dekh na. Pehle khaali blending and layer concept seekh.

PicsArt is cool. I've used that for one whole year

You'll start figuring it out once you get into it.

Appydi and Pro ke tutorials are life savers for PS. Maine udhar se hi seekhna hai mostly.

CS5 looks almost same as 7.0 just have a different layout and some additional options.

The thing is I am not able to extract it correctly after downloading.

Use WinRAR only. You'll get it. Dont use WinZip or any other extractor.

And you followed all instructions na? Run as Administrator and stuff?

I didn't had any instructions.

Anyway I got PS and it's almost same as PS 7. Can we do animated edits in CS5?

Ofcourse! Import frames as layers, Animation window sab hai.
