I watch walking exercise for half an hour and follow it. I sweat a lot. And I watched a lot of documentary. Keep my brains moving. My goodness, I learn so much from documentaries. Tum sab bhi dekho.

Sometimes I wonder, do the CV's read what we post? I mean everyone trolls the content all the time....I hope it reaches them.
It should be extended but I am worried for those daily wage earners in India. It's so tough for them.
Govt will have to assist them for sometime.
But if the situation turns out like Italy or Usa here...it will be an even bigger disaster..thats what I am afraid of
