I think and really hope its Rudra because MJ believed that Maya doesn't live in that house.

If by any chance while killing one of the sinners, Vikram is spotted then surely MJ will reach.

I also think the same...he had kinda smirk after reading that letter...he now knows Vikram is also part of her plan
