ive never seen a normal girl behaving like that and in fact even some mentally challenged girls are more sensible than her in real life

and ive noticed bilal also flutters his eyelashes a lot and its only while talking to mahjabeen

I haven't seen any indications that she has some kind of psychological shortcoming. Just because someone is different or not very bright does not mean they have some kind of psychological issue or at least not the kind you are thinking. The most I would diagnose her as would be ADHD or being dyslexic.

Anyways, I personally know someone in their late 20s who is exactly like Mahjabeen and this isn't even a Desi person. This individual is not the sharpest tool in the shed and like Mahjabeen she says ridiculous things but also like Mahjabeen has a heart of gold and is very innocent. Trust me, people like this do exist in this day and age and they are most definitely not mentally challenged. Anyone who has personally not come across a person like this will not understand Mahjabeen but I have a Mahjabeen in my life and such people must be protected.

i think such people do have an underlying issue and need to be checled and diagnosed appropriately

but in Pakustan a lot of such issues are ignored

i have someone in my family who portrays symptoms of autism yet no one ever bothered to get him checked

I agree its true people don't take mental issues seriously and here in this story it has become clear that Mahajabeen's immaturity will put her to path of predator like sarwar.

I am enjoying this serial. Both Mj and AB are made for each other.

I really wish that someone should help them in treating their mental disturbances and try to make them mature beings.

Jahan taak Abdullah ki baat hai he lacks confident. Someone needs to boost his confident and made him a strong man. And about MJ she is super dumb and immature. I hope dono theek hojayein.

I agree that is the case in Pakistan but again like I said there are people like Mahjabeen out there who have no underlying issues. The person I know is a born and raised Canadian who is a black woman. She doesn't understand math at all. She doesn't get a lot of things in school but she has her strengths, like she studied culinary arts in college and is back in college studying something else. What she is good at is being a chef. So it is entirely possible that Mahjabeen just hasn't discovered what she is good at. This black girl I know is loud, always laughing, eccentric, innocent, very naive almost like she lives under a rock, sees only the good in people, easily trusting, super positive but not the sharpest tool in the shed. Just because someone is different than us doesn't mean they are mentally challenged. Lets not label anything that does not fit our perception of normal as an issue that needs to be diagnosed.

Yes there is a problem with issues being ignored but at the same time the western world has a problem of over-diagnosing or misdiagnosing issues too.

i get what youre saying as i have also come across a few people like that not just one but nothing as severe as how Mahjabeen is shown

but how we say for sure these people have no underlying issues? It could be some past trauma/experience which made them that way

I really feel bad seeing pks's low ratings ...this show deserves much more ...Ishqiya, dilruba , jhoothi and many other shows are getting more ratings than pks where content wise pks>>most of these shows

I can't understand what happens ...this show gets a very good response on most of the social sites and quite popular there still doing not good in ratings

I agree there are several things responsible

1. Kahin deep jalay is favourite show of TRP audience ...that show had already made the connection with viewers

2. Pks comes on PTV aswell so I feel many ppl watch it on PTV instead of humtv

Dunno what's in its destiny...I really want ratings to go up ..shayad kdj khatam hone ke Baad koi improvement ho jaaye 😒

Its a boon if its TRP is less, because that way they wont elongate it beyond its original timeline and no of episodes and wont change the ending to suit to audience's needs.

Saw the episode again and it was twice as cuter and sweeter this time..<3
