Regarding Vikram psychi

Vikram met an stranger girl hurt badly on road. He took her to hospital, Maya went to coma and he tended to her 4 years. When Maya woke up she lied to him about her name and past. Vikram had slowly fallen in love with her when taking care of her. Vikram had no family except an old servant he called uncle. When Maya woke up she reciprocated his love. Vikram fell for her more without knowing shes acting.

Vikram proposed, Maya agreed and they married. Manvi got new identity did not need him any longer and left. Vikram was shocked, he found out after 5-6 years where she was and started following her to find her truth. Meanwhile his love for her turned obsession. She had betrayed him, he wanted to get his wife back. Legally Maanvi is Vikrams wife Maya as her adhaar and voter ID etc say so. Shes not divorced him. But legally shes not married too as her real names Manvi not Maya so marriage is invalid. Even Rudra Maya marriage is inavlid because shes not Maya shes taken another identity and not informed Rudra about it before marrying. So both marraiges are invalid as shes lied.

Maya moved on in life but Vikram life stopped 6 years back the day he married Maya. All he wants is her as his wife back. Hes following her every where for last few months. Hes seen her hug Rudra and than marry him. If Vikram was a bad man he would gate crash the wedding and declare himself as Mayas real husband. He did not do not sure why? He waited many months to kidnap her and force her to be his wife.

For outside world Vikram is psycho torturing poor Maya. For Vikram, Maya is his wife and love hes demanding his husband rights. That is because he cannot trust Maya she may go back to Rudra etc. Whover tries to take Maya away will be killed or die like Rajeev and Nandini. And that courier guy(Maya saved him). Vikram has turned psycho to get his wife and love back(as per him)

Maya is using Vikram to take revenge on MJ. Will Vikram finish task of his lover? Or will he die before finishing task? Who will kill him MJ or Maya or Rudra?

Will Rudra find Vikram is Mayas first husband? Will he kill Vikram? Lets see what happens

But Maya has destroyed Vikrams life by false promise and sham marriage and hidding her past for sure

LIke MJ destroyed Manvi and created Maya, Maya killed good samaritan Vkiram and made him killer Vikram

Moral of story: Do not lie and cheat an human in love. The cheated person may turn psycho and killer like Maya and Vikram

There is a slight difference in Vikram-Maya and MayRa marriage. Vikram Maya signed legal papers, the name contained in them was Manvi's fake name Maya. MayRa marriage ritual consisted of no name taking or legal formalities, it happened in a holy place, in front of Mahadev's statue in Gandharva vivaha style which is one of the seven forms of marriage in Hindu rituals.

That is not recognized legally anywhere - Myra wedding because a priest and few witness required for legal wedding.

But Vikram Maya wedding is genuine as Maya got adhaar as mrs Maya Vikram Jaisingh

But that also is cheating as Maya was really Manvi(so Vikram can file cheating case in court if he wants now that he knows she fooled him)

@Boldit: There is no law like this in Indian Penal Code, not sure about other countries.

Gandharva vivaha is recognized as per Hindu rituals. If witnesses are required, there were plenty of devotees at the temple in Hrishikesh. Where they married is directly opposite to the place aarti was performed.

Edit: Also, MayRa had a grand reception party with people form society and media coming to their house to congratulate the couple. That is like a social acceptance after a private wedding ceremony.

OK i had no idea that gandharava vivah is legal in india. If man marries than cheats how woman will prove that they married, they require some witness no. Men can cheat using gandharava vivah concept?

Here Maya is legally married to Vikram(as she has adhaar in his surname) without divorce she cannot marry anyone else. Its not valid anyways as she did not take divorce from Vikram first

I have already stated facts in my first two replies, what is valid, why and how much, I don't wish to repeat same things again and again. Please read my previous two replies again to understand my point. Sorry for sounding rude, there is already too much negativity in the world rn.

Gardharva vivah has no legal validity. It might be recognized in Hinduism but it has no legal stamp in India.

We all undrstand that vikram is innocent... Maya make him psycho... But at that stage maanvi was also not stable... She also go through such situation that make her heartless... So also consider her situation... If vikram was gud... Maanvi was also... No body want to become a person to whom people hate... She is also in pain through out the revenge... But some one had to destroy him/herself to destroy such rich and powerful pathetic people to save other people who waited for the whole life in search of justice... And there is no justice for people with no power....

Who can prove gandharava vivah happened as no witnesses?

Only if boy agrees he had gandharva vivah happened in court than all will know. Or they think girl is lying.

So ideally it should not have legal validity as law works on proof and witness
