I’m sure he stays with his mom only but she sometimes must be visiting his sisters home. As they are in same building ...but I have a strong feeling that post shehnaaz they wanted to give him privacy so maybe his mom keeps on juggling between both houses ...they must be meeting in and off ....lol even his family understands there feelings both have been through a lot plus even msk had taken a toll on there metal health ..it’s better they have some quality time together and enjoy this period ..
