This was their perfect oppurtunity to lead these people to government facilities. Par facilities honge toh denge na. I don't even know kya planning ki thi in logon ke liye. Socha bhi tha ke nahin. Atleast ab toh soch le. All these people gathered in one place. In ko dhundna bhi nahin padhega alag se. Yeah phir inka test kar lete phir chod dete yeah phir inke liye kahin camps bana dete . I m sure panic could have been controlled. But nahin bus arrange karke , uss mein thus thus ke village bhej rahe hai.
