If we r talking about story,characters,track then kzk is the last option to watch.there is absolutely no story,no consistency in character,anyone can flip anytime and yaa track can change overnight.
It has been said by the actress who played saman character that kzk trp audience is unpredictable.

😲 , those segments got hajaro views on online , YT is the neutral place ,.,.. and Those SBS segments atfirst TV pe air hote hai on famous brac channel in the afternoon around 2.30 p.m.... and those atfirst have watched by TV audience , later on YT... ek sbs segment ki kis hartak importance hai woh har ek serial jante hai , that is why pichle 2 decades se segment is famous for ITV ..
and during viraj track Channel gave 4 new brac promos back to back ... pura gin gin kay 4 promos.. ek prerna ka shadi ka promo , dusra uske gale pe har charane wala promo .. tisra uskay hill promo.. aur ek komo-prerna promo .. jo har ek ghante mai air hui hai for TV audience .,
i quoted you mainly as you said about the consistent promotion for this track only.. but promotion consistent from last track , not for this current track only ..
