I totally forgot to mention how artistically shot it was. I loved how Shaukat was imagining his muse as this mystery goddess and we see these stunning images of her when he does so. And man, was Aishwarya styled like a goddess, imo no film of her's comes close to what she looked here. Not the Bhansali movies, not ADHM. I also loved the hill mansion where they lived, stunning. Further adds to the eerie mysteriousness of it all.

It def was way ahead of its time, but the issue was with the narrative. It was too confusing for the audience and a lot of critics felt ppl woudn't buy a hubby telling his wife to romance another man--which they didn't. But it's very artistic shot. The beach scenes with the glowy shadow effects and Aish's colsoe ups are masterful.
Zayed was def the weaklink, they shoud have cast someone with better scene presence.
