As far as ending his track previously is concerned, it happened for an 'n' number of reasons. Doesn't change the fact that the show failed to pick up, was going through one of its worst cycles ever, and ekta had to dive head-first into a salvation campaign.
I think NOW we can all stop with the blame game and accept something. THIS SHOW has NEVER been able to register ratings expected of it. And, as long as the female lead and story line remains as shitty as it has always been, trps are going to rise only to fall again.

Trp 2.0 after doing promotion heavily by both star plus and ekta.trp audience do not watch tv for any particular actor or character.thats why shakti rating did not drop when Vivian and Rubina left show.so entire credit for rise or fall in trp can't be given to a single character.
