I think that Neil was either cheated by his wife or gf who wants a compensation but Neil is refusing to do so.

Mini is in a tight spot as ashok cheated on babita and placed false allegations on her of cheating him and here if Neil claims that his wife or girlfriend actually cheated on him will mini believe him?

Or if he has been falsely accused of metoo will she believe him as khatri actually molest babita.
