Oh I have watched this several times. They would make a fantastic pair onscreen. Shehnaaz can easily slip into the space left vacant by Preity, Juhi, Kajol and the like- the genuinely chatterbox bubbly crack pot kind. Taapsee has outgrown that space now. I don’t think Shehnaaz can pull off deep romance as yet, unless it’s with Siddharth coz their comfort levels are unbeatable- she was so enjoying the Mirchi stage and all other BB performances with him too - nervous but comfy and organic responses obviously :) But she can do well with other actors where the focus is more on the script and the hero and her bubbly nature inspired scenes than insistent romance between the pair per se. Also, I am not sure she would pair well with lanky actors- Kartik and her don’t do well in my head somehow, but she with say Varun or Saif or Pulkit or Daljit or Randeep could look good within the frame. Anyway, she has a long way to go and everything depends on Sidnaaz’ joint decisions for her, the networking and the kind of offers she gets. The person who termed as rude, emotionless and what not actually is very tender and kid at heart. Amongst all those sensible, emotional and right people, he just came out as one of the sweetest, humble person you can identify.
I still remember the visuals of him meeting his mother like a kiddo after the kinder garden day is over. And him asking twice 'I haven't upset you right?' The fact that he was so concerned about her stole my heart!
God bless always and they both are blessed with equally pure and honest soul like Shehnaaz! 🤞🏻
I agree. That was so endearing, to see a man almost 40 yr old unabashedly asking his mom if shes still proud of him. What a wonderful moment. I doubt there was a dry eye amongst those watching bb when sid was reading his letter, and again when he met mom shukla. No wonder he touched us....
