If there was even the tiniest bit of insistence on Sana’s part to go for this show against Siddharth’s advice, as in, if there was, this is going to be the biggest learning experience for her to pay heed to his words. And it’s excellent that the learning comes early on in her personal and professional life.
Uma I don’t know under what circumstances sana signed this show ...somewhere I feel sana didnt have a conversation regarding this with sid is a bit difficult..I don’t know what was Sid’s opinion ..but at that time inside news was that all were briefed regarding the show...sid had a detailed discussion regarding the show and the creatives and only after that sid said there is no harm in doing it Shehnaaz went ahead ..also this was very clear that Shehnaaz denied to be a part of the show when she came out ..she didn’t go to shoot ...lot of convincing was done ..even her mom was involved by the channel to get her onboard ...I feel if Shehnaaz backed out at last min then definately she would have discussed this with sid ...I don’t know what picture was given by the makers to the contestants inside the house but somehow I feel Shehnaaz did a mistake by signing the show ..maybe she was not aware of the consequences..even by ivs it was clear paras was also clueless about the format ...if we see the finale day ..when salman khan asked about the show to Shehnaaz she seem to be little offbeat and kept on saying we won’t stop the tasks and all ..that mean she took it more as a task show ...she even tried to rely on sid whenever any questions came ..notice that clip when she was asked about the show she turned to sid and asked tu bol kuch ..as if she is asking to sid kya bolu ...even sid seemed to be accepting the fact about the show even if he might be bit hesitant about it ...I feel somewhere sid accepted it because maybe he thought atleast this way sana would get work here in mumbai and stay more here and he was convinced that at the end sana is not going to marry in the show ...I don’t know why I find it wierd that shehnaz could have said yes to the show even if sid was not happy ..I mean it is a shaadi show so obviously its something personal ..plus she might have even done it thinking B.B. gave her this fame so she might just do it as a favor to colors ...but no matter what I feel she did a mistake to sign it ...but somewhere I feel coz of this show sid definately came to know how loyal Shehnaaz is and the distance kind of did make both realized how important both are for each other ...
I really feel bad for Shehnaaz though ..she is in pain and it’s shows off ....maybe next time before signing anything Shehnaaz will be more careful ..but my issue is with channel also ..what was such urgency that they made her sign a shaadi show when she is locked inside the house ..this is not a normal show ..it does involve personal emotions being a shaadi show ..since the time it was announced her parents were adamantly opposing it ....honestly I’m equally pissed at colors for this and Shehnaaz signing the contract inside the house gave a huge advantage to the channel in legal terms ...after this incident I kind of lost my respect for colors on moral grounds
