See in bh1.. the same dialogue was a little different..

Pyaar jab control karne lage toh use barbaad kar dena chahiye... and that eventually happened to Maya because she was so controlling..

Waise Aditya observed Maya and MJ passing glances to each other. It seems instead of Rishi's truth he might reveal Manvi- MJ past. Then that would be one more self goal by MJ😆
