Raman-why u r saying so, doctor??

Doc-damage hamari expectation se bahut jyada hai .samajh lo agar ek baar aur chemo hota ,toh woh mar jaati.her condition is that critical.bahut buri condition hai and we really don't know how to tackle it .he said making Raman horrified.

Raman-kya matlab hai iska??

Doc-wahin joh tum samajh rahen ho.he said making raman's eyes fill.

Doc-raman,u r a doctor .u have to be practical,sach yahin hai ki joh tumhari biwi ke saath hua hai woh bahut rare hai aur iska koi ilaaj nahi hai hamare paas.yeh koi bimaari nahi hai,jiski koi prescribed medicine ho,and we really don't know how to proceed.

Doctor-multiple organ damage ho raha hai .kabhi bhi koi bhi organ completely fail ho sakta hai and ,and u know the rest.he said making Raman disheartened.

Raman-ishita Kahan hai,can I meet her??

Doc-she is sleeping,to be true she is in semi conscious state.bahut dard mein hai woh, can't see her like that,toh usse painkiller de diya.but sach kahun toh yeh dard ab uski zindagi ka hissa ho gayi hai.aur aisi zindagi jeene se toh behtar hai,he was saying when Raman said-please sir,don't say like this.

Doc-i don't want to,but sach yahin hai ki Ishita ki zindagi bahut mushkil ho gayi hai,usse joh hua hai uska koi treatment nahi hai hamare paas.and it will be really good for her,if she die.kyunki woh itne dard mein hai,itne dard mein hai,we can't even think of it.he said and went while Raman fell on the ground and cried his heart out.

Raman-kaise bachaun apni Ishita ko main,please matarani bataiye.i can't live without her,can't see her dying either .koi toh raasta dikhaiye.main apni Ishita ko marte hue nahi dekh sakta.he was crying when his phone rang again .

He picked it seeing the international number and said-hello.

Rajeev-hello Raman,main Rajeev bol raha hoon.mujhe shyam ne teri wife ke baare mein bataya aur Maine yahan apne seniors ko.and they r really keen to treat ur wife.i know tujhe yeh sunn kar gussa aayega but sach toh yahin hai ,ki uska treatment bahut mushkil hai.even here doctors don't know the exact medicine,but they want to treat her.tu usse le aa,shayad kuch achacha ho hi jaaye.

Raman cried hearing his friend and said-bacha lo Meri biwi ko,please yaar ,save her.kuch Kar de dost meri Ishita ko bacha le.

Rajeev-thats why I am telling u to come here with her,shayad teri biwi bach jaaye.yahan ke doctors ne toh already research bhi shuru kar di hai aur mujhe kaha hai tujhe convince karne ko.listen Raman,tere paas khone ko kuch nahi hai but paane ko bahut kuch hai.tu aa jaa yahan ,hum pure dil se aur puri mehnat se koshish karenge .

Raman-sach kaha tune,I don't have any other option.i am coming to london.bas itna favour Kar dena,Meri biwi ko bacha lena.i can't loose her,I just can't loose her.

Rajeev-i can't assure u,but hum puri koshish karenge.he said and hung the call.

Raman hide his face in between his legs and cried for long feeling helpless.

After long,he got up and went to see ishita.she was sleeping while he could feel her pain.he caressed her cheek and said-i really don't know,how to apologize.joh gunaah mere papa ne Kiya ,uski itni badi saza tumhe mil rahi hai ki main khud se nazarein nahi mila paa raha.main nahi samajh paa raha ki kaise iss sach ke saath jee paaunga,but ek sach aur bhi hai ,aur woh yeh ki tumhare bina jee nahi paaunga.issliye please,mujhe chod kar mat jaana.ladh jaana apni kismat se mere liye,but please mujhe chod kar mat jaana.he said and cried taking her hand in his.

He sat there for long and then get up to arrange for their trip to london.he called his travel agent and told him to book two tickets for London,while he himself went to arrange other things leaving Ishita in her parent house.

Next day ,they flew to London.though ishita's condition wasn't good enough to travel but they don't have any other option.ishra reached London after a long tiring journey and Ishita got admitted in the hospital the same day and from that day her treatment started.

Flashback end

Raman was still sitting on the bench alone crying not able to take her pain while she was inside the room where her test has been conducted.

It was a month since ishra reached London and from that day she was being treated but her condition wasn't getting any better .the doctors have been trying really hard to find an app medicine for her but no medicine was serving the purpose making the doctors and Raman helpless.ishita's condition was deteriorating day by day.

After sitting alone for long,Raman went to check on Ishita and saw her sleeping in her room.she was looking much pale while her hair was almost gone.her beautiful hair which he always use to admire was gone,he cried seeing her condition when nurse came and said-doctor is calling u.

Raman nodded and went to meet Dr John,her doctor.

Raman-hello doctor,please tell me that u have found a breakthrough.something which can save my ishita.please bacha lijiye usse.just save her.he cried.

Doc-sit down Dr bhalla .ur wife's condition is not improving even after our numerous efforts.

Raman -please don't say like this,I can't loose her.

Doc-calm down,though medicines r not effecting her,but we have think of a solution which can save ur wife.

Raman-really,what's that??he asked smiling with tears filled eyes.

Doc-ur wife can be saved,if she become pregnant.

Raman-what??what kind of solution is this??he asked all amused.

Doc-listen to me carefully.see u r a doctor,I don't have to explain u much .u know the foetus helps to repair the damage organ of the mother.yes I know,ishita's body is way too damage to be repaired ,but atleast we can try this way.it may help.he said making Raman think.

Raman-yes I know,the foetus do repair the damage organ of the mother,but if it didn't succeed ,what will be the consequences.biwi toh kho hi raha hoon,bachcha bhi kho dunga.

Doc-i do understand ur dilemma,but we can do nothing much .may be ur baby can revive ur wife's life.but u have to be strong enough to handle the otherwise situation.

Raman-i really don't know,how much strong I have to become for handling all these mishaps.and u r talking about her being pregnant,is it easy for her to conceive in such situation.

Doc-i did her test today,according to her reports,she can conceive .chances r less,but there r chances.and to be true ,it's our last attempt to save her.

Raman-but she is so fragile,I can't even touch her forget about having a relation with her.i feel so scared to even touch her.how can she be pregnant??

Doc-for that ,we r thinking to go for IVF.we will form the embryo in our lab and then place it in her uterus and slowly as the feotus will grow,it will heal and repair ur wife's body.its our planning ,rest is on the almighty.we want ur approval for the same.

Raman-do I have any other option??

Doc-not really.

Raman-ok,then it's a yes .he said half heartedly not knowing what will be the outcome of such experiment.
