Isiliye I wrote this chapter in a haste and posted. As usual, I have not proofread. Please forgive me for that.

Okay, here goes the chapter 14:-

Anurag- 'London deal Ka Kya hua?'

Prerna glared at Viraj, who gulped nervously and replied,' Well, there are some complications...'

' Your problem, not mine, Viraj.' said Prerna, and sat on the sofa with her daughter.

' Viraj Bhardwaj knows how to handle business, Madam.'

' Chup! Ekdum chup!' Sandhya interrupted them.

' Bacchon ki tarah Matt Lado tum dono. Kukki bhi tum dono se mature hai.' she continued.

Kukki giggled.

Viraj- ' Accha Bacchu. Bohot hasi aa rhi hai?'

He took Kukki in his arms and tickled her.

Anurag felt his heart swell up in love and happiness. He thought,' Kaash aaj tu Yahaan hota, Rishabh. Dekh teri beti bilkul tujh Jaisi hai. Wahi shaitani dimaag, Wahi cute pout...'

He sighed. Komolika understood him and pressed his palm softly with her fingers.

'Accha bohot hua Masti mazaak. Priyu, jaake fresh ho ja. Viraj, tum bhi jao.'

Prerna nodded and after kissing her daughter, went upstairs.

' Mujhe Popsie ke saath khelna hai. Now...'

' Zidd nhi karte beta. See, Popsie is tired.'

' No, Daadi!'

Anurag- ' Aap mere saath nhi khelogi???'

He opened his arms for her.

Kukki smiled and went in the arms of her Chachu.

After Rishabh left, Prerna was broken. She was devastated and thought of ending her life. But, fate had some other plans for her! She found out that she was pregnant! The symbol of their pure love! Everyone welcomed her and her pregnancy. She got a new hope to live her life, and the only cause of living in the world.

Prerna came in her room to see things scattered all around the room.

Toys were on the floor, chocolate wrappers and half eaten chocolates and lollipops were on the bed, the table, the couch. Drawing notebooks were on the floor with crayons and pencils scattered here and there.

' Bilkul Apne papa Jaisi hai. Room ki halat dekho!'

A small smile was seen on Prerna's face.

' She is your daughter in every sense. Same face, same characteristics, everything same. Kaash tum Yahaan hote, Rishabh...'

Tears rolled down her cheeks.

She immediately wiped them off and said,'Nhi... Kukki sirf meri beti hai. And parental rights sirf mera hai.'

She had flashback of the past.

Prerna was in bed. Assuming her to be in deep sleep, Veena and Sandhya were talking.

' Priyu akele kaise bada karegi Apne bacche Ko? Papa kise bulaega Yeh baccha?'

' Veena ji, I think we should think Prerna ki phir se shaadi.'

' Nahi...!' Prerna protested.

Flashback ends.

Few months after this incident, Viraj Bhardwaj, the school friend of Prerna came to join Bajaj Infragiants as a business partner. This was totally unplanned. Viraj didn't knew that it was his best friend Priyu who was running the business then. Within a few days, everyone accepted the him in their lives, as a family member.

Even during Kukki's birth, it was Viraj who was beside Prerna.

Even though Viraj is not the biological father of Kukki, Prerna, in her heart, felt that none could lovee Kukki so well like he did.

Meanwhile, in London:-

' Progress report of the deal, Mehra.'

' Here it is sir.'

' Oh... So it's Viraj Bharadwaj, on behalf of 'B and B Collaboration'. Bring me his details. I want to know about such a desperate guy who wants to do a business venture with us. '

' Ok. Sir. '

' Now, leave me alone. I have to do something.'

' Yes, Sir.'

Mehra went away.

' The day has come... One more birthday without you, Prerna. But main Kya Karun? It's good for, in fact best for each other to stay away...'

Next morning...

' Kukki, school time! Jaldi se Utho, Beta!' said Orerna, trying to wake up her sleeping princess.

Making a cute pout, Kukki sat on the bed.

' Good girl! Chalo, fresh ho Jate Hain...'

Meanwhile:-

Anurag- ' It think Hume yeh proposal Prerna ke saamne rakhni Chahiye.'

Komolika- 'What if neither of them agree to this?'

' I will try to manage.' Moloy replied, ' Prerna has sacrificed so much. I don't want her to sacrifice more.'

' But what if he returns?' Nivedita asked.

' You are still having hopes?' asked Kumud. ' Jo Marr gya hai, Woh Kabhi Nahi lautega.' Kumud finished, only to get an angry glare from Moloy and Mohini.

Tears pooled in Nivedita's eyes...

'Viraj, Aaj progress report taiyyar karna. Ananya told me that you aren't disclosing the problem in London deal with anyone. What's the reason?'

Prerna asked, feeding a bite to Kukki.

Hesitating at first, Viraj replied,' I can handle the problem very well, Prerna.'

' Whatever!'

Prerna shrugged of her shoulders

Prerna went to drop Kukki to school.

Viraj recieved a call... He received it.

' Yeah. I don't want anyone, especially Prerna and Anurag to suspect me. I am doing what I think is good. It's good, Infact, best for us.'

Viraj cut the call and turned round, only to get the biggest shock of his life...

' Yes, Ma. We are departing for London next week only. For three months.' said Prerna.

' But Kukki... Kukki kahaan rahegi?' asked Sandhya.

' She will accompany me and Viraj.'

Yeyyy finally an update... amazing one Mishta.. Kukki looks like her dad that's Rishabh who has no clue he has a daughter...

Fir se I have to say Anurag and Komolika are sweet hearts here.. how they care for Kukki and Anurag remembering Rishabh❤️

Prerna missed him too but us too hurt that he left her all.alone.. agar Kukki nahi hoti to..

Viraj is being so supportive to Prerna emotionally and business.wise too.. good she has someone by her side, a childhood frnd who she knows loves her child.. but last mein what khurafat is he planning.. he is certainly hiding something about the deal.from prerna..

And Rishabh ka khud ka b'day tha?

Kumud to usko dead sabit karne pe lage hain... now that they all plan to go to London .. so shayad mil hi jayenge kabhi na kabji kahi na kahi.. loved it Mishtaa.. and that was realll quick.. levitation train ek dam sahi name dia maine 🤗
