Pretentious movie reviews did troll this film but it was quite ahead of it's time for a film coming out in the 2000's which was filled with horrible Kjo and yash raj trash.

The concept was ahead of it's time for sure but there was a lot of melodrama for a subject like that. Saif couldn't act, Priety's acting was a bit OTT, the other male actor, forgot his name, acted decent. I liked Manik in brother's role. All in all, a courageous attempt. The movie would have looked better had the family melodrama reduced a bit.

Ps I never liked the movie but my mom liked it may be because mothers get emotional really soon.😆

Rahi baat acting aur melodrama ki. Uss time pe aise ho hote the... Even Tabu wale movies bhi less subtle hote the.

Moral of the movie: never be so deep in the friendzone that you become a father without even touching the girl.

I thought it had a pretty progressive message. The execution wasn't great.
