Sid realised after watching himself on screen he needs to get back in shape. His face after typhoid had started looking different and puffed . He did put on weight. Stomach bhi thoda dikhta tha.

So gyming desperately to get back to shape to woo his young love.

If he does the industry will laugh at him.
