I think sidharth has headache issues . WHenever he has fights with sana his look completely changes . The way he looked in that orange hoodie . WHen sana sand that bol do na zara .

He had a severe headache I felt .

The appearance Siddharth has on post a fight with Sana is pretty severe- his face swells up. Ofcourse loss of sleep contributes, but it seems as severe as immediate extra cortisol production and water retention. He cannot physically take being at loggerheads with Sana.
