Guys come on - is anyone truly surprised? Even if Asim had gotten more votes, there is no way the channel would’ve let him win over Shukla - not after literally bending over backwards in their bias towards Shukla all season. Besides - Asim is way better off in this trade-off. He was an unrecognizable name, who now is known and for the majority - positively. Shukla came in with a positive image, that is now more in the dumps than can be imagined - winner or no winner.
