I agree to the rest of your points. If it's an ongoing character development with the shades explored rationally then I would be more than happy.

But I am afraid about something else. ITV has a tendency to start with badass female characters only to turn them into stereotypical submissive FLs in later episodes for the sake of TRP. Character assassination is ITVs favourite. I just don't want that to happen here. Maya and Manvi both are the same person and she has been the both. So now that her Manvi side is being explored again by Rudra, she currently should be shown having a mixture of both. Human characteristics is not a pendulum. It has to be gradual. Abhi switch on to full Manvi, fir off to sab jalane wali Maya----that makes the audience confused.

I haven't watched BY1 or BP. So not talking about either of those characters.

Hmm...she is Manvi only around MJ when alone & with Rudra...she is the same Maya jaisingh in the vicinity of Rudra when MJ comes to harass her or with Sudhir, Antara, Diya. So no, it is not a switch on to Manvi completely but rather the lines are gradually getting merged and middle ground is being reached.

Btw may be I am the only one looking forward to see MJ losing sanity and his relationship stability with diya, Rudra, Antara by lusting over Maya. It would be a real bold move.

We already saw that diya is insecure.. she already has issues with antara being between him and her and she was ok as long as she got her moments when antara was not in her senses.. but now those moments are taken away by Mj thinking about what Maya is doing with Rudra in the bedroom 😆

Maya has to play her mind games with diya and that will be enough to explode her on MJs face

I just hope Rudy boy gets his much needed action.. both Maya and Mj have become villian in his suhaagraat 🤣... he might go back to rishikesh and take sanyaas instead

To be honest, when the characters and plot line isn’t well thought out and depicted, it kinda gives way for everyone to assume a lot and this theory isn’t surprising.

Btw that cake scene .. that would be sent by Maya for him.. it's a chocolate dome..when u pour hot liquid over it it melts and opens up..there was a note in that dome.. looks like she asked him to come to her house where all that colour thing was kept..

Yah the Sudhir scene is still giving me hope.

Right now I just want her to get calm first and think about MJ repeating Rudra's exact words (hair and udaan). She needs to realize that her room is bugged and find out the camera/mic (I suspect the necklace). Even Manvi can use that much brains. She was a class topper.

Likr most of the scenes that didnt made any impact on audience.

We were begging for cv to start showing maya story to sympathy her..but the way they brought past in 3 epsiode and wrapped it out..didnt impacted anyone..we are more hooked on mj torturing maya ..that makes us feel for maya.but wo bhi overload ho raha hai

And at this point its wise to not start showing mj ki humanity because that will be again no impact and waste....

Right! We knew the plot line and were expecting it to be MORE.

Rudra’s so called “hatred” was revealed in like one episode and he kinda got over it pretty quickly (uhm excuse me, ever heard of random bouts of bitterness makers?!)

ALSO, remember Rudra used to insist on being there for Antara and all because he knew MJ wasn’t faithful, that side of his literally disappeared.

It’s like the major “reasons” for the beyhadh nafrat are sped into and got done with them as soon as possible or just glossed over.

Along with lots of bloopers sprinkled all over, it just feels disjointed.
