Chalo, I'll put down one of both:

Positive: He's very good at tasks. Reads through instructions and figures out loophole-exploiting strategies really well.

Negative: He is proud of having learned very little basic adult life skills at almost 40. Proudly declares he never made his bed or washed dishes and uses that to convince others to give him easy duties. Kinda pathetic 😆
