There's nothing to interpret lol, not everything needs to be decoded. He didn't mean shite. He was just doing what normal people do when they hear a catch phrase from a song or a famous dialogue. Wo apne mein mast tha, chill kar raha tha.. he delivered the dialogue that best suited the banter, but not as a response to what Sana was saying.

But if you wanna take it seriously and want the exact translation, it means "There’s something truly powerful about unrequited/one-sided love. Unlike other/normal relationships, it’s not split between two. Only I have the right to claim it. " 😆
