I don't think so. It was more out of concern for Aarti so that she doesn't get another panic attack. It was just a nice gesture from Sid.

Sana waali statement was analysing he feelings out loud. I don't think she has ever experienced what she feels for Sid so, she didn't have anything to compare.

The two statements are very different coming from two opposite kind of people and the context and circumstances are very different.

I don't see a comparison.
