I think Sana also fell in love with him but its just that she was not able to understand what she felt for him. During SR room, she was the one who was missing him a lot. Fair enough. I am talking about what i felt at that point for Mahira. Currently, i don't want to think about her or Paras but lets leave this discussion here.
I found more clear signals from todays USUD clip where sid is pressing her legs and sana says tu hi hai mera sb kuch, mera maata pita husband bhai. And sid smiles at that, that gives more clarity as there was some genuineness in those feelings and sid ki smile. It was not any blabbering or something, but some real feel.
