I have to admit it. You seemed so intense, writing, and I became fascinated.”

Sakshi was stunned by Arjun’s bluntness and honesty and realized it was impossible to be evasive with him.

She picked up her Cup of Coffee, took a sip and did something that surprised her.

She looked at Arjun over the rim of her Cup and knew she was flirting with him.

She remembered standing outside the office building, surprised that she was flirting, something she had not done since her teen years, but remembered how it excited her.

Looking at him and seeing how he looked back at her while she sipped her Coffee emboldened her and caused her to enjoy the strange, tingling sensation rising in her.

“One thing that is important to me is complete honesty,” Arjun said and paused to take a sip of Coffee.

“It’s very important. I want to know what a person is really thinking and feeling. No bullshit.”

“I agree.”Again, she was stunned by his bluntness. “But it’s not always easy. Sometimes you don’t want to hurt a person’s feelings so you beat around the bush—even lie.”

Sakshi took a sip of Coffee and continued. “And sometimes you don’t know what you think or feel.”

She took another swallow of Coffee, then another, finishing her Coffee, surprised that she drank so quickly and looked at her empty Cup.
