And as you said she didn't need to involve rishi at all. I always thought love angle between maya and rishi was unnecessary.She could have just gone on her plan with than and married rudra and entered Roy house. But there is more to her destruction and there must have been more bad that happened.. killing is not done that too someone who was innocent.. but this show is meant to be dark and Maya was totally in her revenge frame.. it's only now that Rudra broke it unknowingly.. she will have her karma too and she will accept it also..

Exactly. Revenge is best served cold - planned, calculated and executed with absolute frigid intelligence , blocking all emotional channels. But like you said, Maya was reading buzzfeed articles.
