It's not like he has to be in bad term.. to start with MJ is not gonna even accept this wedding.. he might question the validity of their wedding because they have no proof also.. rudra will have to fight for their marriage to be accepted to start with obviously because the rest of the family knows Maya already.. we will have to see the promises Rudra makes to her and how he fulfills every one of them.. one we know already is that noone will come between them
