Actually i saw in mute mode.so don't know sarthak was thrashing doctor.

I don't know if you read my post from yesterday but I basically said that SamChit wanted to do this entire scheme without telling Malhar because he's the ACP and he is also powerful and people like doctors would be sacred to lie to him. But I think they did have a backup plan of telling Malhar in case they had to force him to cooperate because even Sampada was surprised that Malhar trusted her so easily after Kalyani left. I think in the event that he didn't go to Sampada, she would have played abla nari and told him.

Once KalMa met in the outhouse I think SamChit knew that Malhar was pretending to hate Kalyani, and on top of it Pawar arrested Rachit so they must have understood. That's why I think maybe Sampada pretended to tell Malhar the "truth". But you're right, they are doing all this drama around KalMa that no one is focusing on poor Pillu.
