Dude, for a lot of people telling someone they love them is a big deal lol you can't just throw it around. People sometimes take years of dating the same person before the say it.

But what i meant was that i have seen so many cases some of the ppl i know personally specially in India. Where they fall in love very quickly and propose in an illusion of an attraction. You definitely need to date a person for sometime to recognize true feelings and emotions Love
