About Irsha we have that famous story of Radha getting jealous of Chandra. Not talking of the serial one but the bengali folklore. In Sagar's Krishna there was a scene where Radha got jealous of gopis. Krishna proved that every gopi is Radha herself.
I sometimes think that since Irsha results from insecurity the moment you realize that you will never lose your love Irsha vanishes.
But I have never heard of irsha being associated with Rukmini. May be because she was always associated with Laxmi.
Perhaps it is sometimes associated with Radha because Radha is sometimes associated with the Jivatma. In this world we forget our true self and Parmatma tries to remind us that.
Perhaps this was the concept behind the badha track.
