but Jyoti, Sid didn’t hug Shefali, Shefali came to hug him and see his hugs with Shefali and we cannot eveb compare it as cheap or vulgar

It's not that Sid is unsure of sana's feelings for him. He knows very clearly she is In Love with him. And now he also trusts her about this. Sana earned that trust. But there are certain issues with Sid.

First, he is image conscious and a very private person. Till date he hasn't acknowledged any of his rlnshp in media. He was never seen giving interviews with any of his gf or even seen publicly with any of his gf. He is that private as a person. He didn't even give clarifications on his and rashmi's controversy during their show.

Second, he is not looking for a casual rlsnhp with Sana. It's so so evident that he wants her for life. Remember he never had this type of "attachment" with any girl till date. She affects him so much that he doesn't wanna get hurt after the show and even is ready to not keep any contact with her. Look at the extent of his "attachment"

But he is not sure if Sana is ready for commitment. She is in love with him, yes, but is she ready for the long run. Shadi or whatever. That's why sid will not say anything on tv.

Third, he is uneasy about the age gap. He knows Sana has a long career in front of her and a bright one. He at 39 is ready to get settled and have kids but is Sana ready for this? He have his doubts which will be cleared only once they are in real world facing/ balancing their careers and rlnshp.

Sid is being mature here. I respect him for this. But then being a girl, i feel for sana that she is projected as one sided lover. That's lil offensive for me being a Sana fan. But whatever, I love them to death.
