Being an actor requires a certain amount of narcissism. I mean, they all think they can pop up on screen, and millions of people will want to watch. Someone who doesn't think their performance is watch-worthy actually won't be worth watching. Anyone in the business who is acting humble is to some extent faking it.
Art also comes with a great deal of insecurity. There are all these thoughts of "what if I'm not as good as I think I am" running through your mind. That insecurity is sometimes masked by fake humility.
So Anaya might or might not be a nice human being. She won't be faultless. She shouldn't be expected to be.
The point is that she is aware enough of the audience. The other twits also heard what Kangana said on KwK. Almost to the last person, they're all on social media or have teams to monitor internet chatter. They should all have known the question will pop up at some point. They should all have known not acknowledging their privilege would not win them fans. That they didn't speaks of an entitlement.
At this point in time, Anaya seems aware her success depends on the audience and not on her background. She is willing to acknowledge others who made it without. So yeah, kudos to her.
Re: Sara. The bashing she gets now seems more related to her lack of acting talent.
