The general audience are sick of seeing Pre getting married every day ...to make it worse , she is heavily Pregannt now . So much ulti stuff already.. so ,the makers must have thought ...why not make it more disgusting and scare the remaining audience too 😎
On a serious note, I don’t think the goon’s sister being pregnant has much relevance . Max, she will be the one letting Pre escape .
