He said "tumhari jo bhi kahani ho lekin tumhara vyahvaar" and stopped.

Before that he said "jo apne maa baap ka nahi wo kisi ka nahi". He was analysing sana's behaviour and personality that she is fickle minded. Wo apne mann se kuch bhi karti hai. In the moment rehne wale type ki bandi hai. Trustworthy nahi hai long run mein. She can even be inconsiderate towards her family and not give importance to them. Coz she didn't listen to her father's advice.

It is not about his jealousy towards Paras anymore. He is reading and analysing sana's personality in terms of her relationships in life that is why he said "main tumhare jaise logon se dur rehta hu".

Also he was never angry about GG and KA. He was jealous yes but not this angry that he is thinking of ending it with Sana. His comment during love aajkal task that she can flip anytime happened after her convo with Paras. And that was the moment he gave a sarcastic smile.

His hurt and anger is about trust issues with Sana being a moody, fickle minded and casual approach type person. He is serious about her. But he thinks she can never be serious

Mayb lot of mix things going in his head about her as deep inside he knows he is getting serious about her ..even sana can sense it thats why in exclusive jhalak she directly asks him r u getting serious about me now and hearing this sid instantly gets up saying i dont want to get into this shit and tries running away ..Sana is like u hv no answer 😆..

Only solution here is proper communication betw both where sid has to tell sana i m serious about u and then see what sana says or how she reacts ..But i feel he want to do it outside and not in front of cameras but prob is he is not able to fight the attraction or affection he feels fr her and so wants to stay away fm her till they r inside house ..
