If he is really loving Prerna.......why he did not go to protect Prerna before Anurag. He was still stood up behind the cake in yesterday episode when Shivani disclosed Prerna's kidnapping. Anurag jumped to run even though he is in ML condition. He did not follow goon together with Anurag.
