Reason is loyalty ..Sid thinks Sana is not loyal ..thats why said if u cant b loyal to your parents then u cant b loyal to anyone ..later he cleared it too that its nothing to do with her past story but her behaviour .
I guess what he meant is how she openly kisses and flirts with other men like gg or ka as if sid is a nobody fr her that time ..And at night she was sitting with Asim with whom Sid same day had a nasty fight ..
He even told her I never spoke to u like a timepass and invested my time and emotions in u ..So in return he expects same loyalty from her which somewhere he feels he dont get fm her ..
But again Sid never cleared to her what exactly he expects from her either bec even his best friend aarti sits and talks with everyone but he does not bother ..So why restrictions fr only sana ? ..Bec he loves her but he has not said that to her yet still expects 100% loyalty fm sana ..Sana being stubborn one not ready to give him that loyalty till he confesses to her in words ..This is where both r stuck and going in vicious circle
