People have been evicted in the past for throwing a bottle at someone , for a single push as well !

So, rules should be same for all contestants be it Madhu or Shukla !

The first violence ever was asim chasing paras with something in his hand and throwing it on paras on the kitchen area

Bigg Bias (aka BB) has set a very dangerous precedent this year, that made it difficult for them to uniformly enforce any rules, be it violence or with tasks.

Had they intended to make any effort when these issues started, we wouldn't be saddled with a monotonous, one-trick-pony show.

It all started with Shukla's physical altercations, and then it was a free-for-all for the housemates. Everybody pushed and threw things around because they knew they'd get away with it.

In Shukla's and Madhu's case, they should both have been thrown out they moment they raised their hands.

I am sure his contract has certain rules which need to be followed by makers like they can't evict him on basis of physical violence !

Take Madhu for example

1st time she threw a slipper SHE WAS NOMINATED FOR 2 WEEKS and second time SHE PUT IN A SMALL CAGE AND THEN THROWN OUT !

Shukla on the other hand was nominated for 2 weeks for pushing

But when he did it again HE AGAIN WAS JUST NOMINATED AND INSTEAD OF GIVING HIM HARSH PUNISHMENT OR THROWING HIM OUT !

Rules certainly are different for Shukla!
