Idk why people are surprised about personal issues being brought up in the show? It has happened since eternity in this show. Last season Sreesanth got into finals on basis of his personal life and usse pehle Shilpa Maata aur VG ka toh sab ko pata hai

Vikas and Shilpa whose incident was discussed were part of the season till finale. This is the first season where select contestants personal life are discussed.
