Thankfully I never followed both they both are extreme persons post kuch bhi and do kuch bhi I understood this for Parth last year when he pulled off unfollow stunt and few more posts of him. And I understood this in September when Eri started that rigorous gymming and weird quotes.

I always had this vibe from them so never followed them hats off to their solos and their patience.

But except for keeping the guy as suspense I don't see anything wrong in post, she should have just revealed the person too but I am not that surprised I have seen her extreme behavior and I won't be surprised if tomorrow Parth too do something similar to like this. End of the day they are humans too and do stupid, silly, lame things like everyone😆
