At the risk of sounding overtly schmaltzy can I just admit that I love you all?! Nobody tried defending Maya and was just so practical about everything. It’s weird when people try justifying every action of a fictional character, no matter how morally incorrect it is. So I’m just proud to be associated with a sane bunch!! ❤️

Okay my opinion about the flashback is that Maya definitely had an affair with MJ. The ease with which he touched her stomach, kinda established a sense of intimacy that they might’ve shared because no cousin brother or any other angle could justify that touch.

Mayra’s fate has been sealed and we all need to brace ourselves (if someone hasn’t already) for the inevitable heartbreak.

Mayra cannot and should not happen. not only did she kill his brother but had an affair with his father. aside from the ick factor, Rudra loves his mother and would not tolerate. MJ is depraved person but maya shares some responsibility for getting involved with a married man.

Oh I scrolled past the fanatics on twitter because I know they’d justify EVERY action of hers. We all love Jen but people really need to distinguish that she’s playing a character and we can critique it.

In no way is Maya innocent here. I always blame both the parties involved in an affair because the onus lies with them EQUALLY. The whole “she trapped him” is as useless as “men will be men”

Please. Both the parties involved are completely well aware of what they get into... so the whole “sobbing” later makes me angrier.
