Based on spoilers and what Rohit says in the promo:

It seems Rohit tells Sona Naren’s truth. Suman somehow finds out and tells Veena/taunts her about her husband’s affair. Suman is already pissed at Naren and Sippys for influencing Sona’s decision of quitting and at Veena on that rain dance fiasco. Rohit will be pissed/heartbroken that Sona broke his trust and his mom was made fun of in public. Hence, he’s shouting at Sona, I guess he thinks Sona told Suman everything. Sona is bearing the brunt of everything. So separation seems will go on for a while. 🥺

Itne zor ke bukhaar aur cold se suffer kar rahi hoon mein... And this thing just increased my pain....

Headache and body pains ho rahe the..and ab yeh dekha ke... My headache increased ..

Ughhh..
