People only see who are cracking the exams but not how many years they spent preparing. Only during UPSC we come to know.

Age.hum yaha consider nahi kar sakte .. course is not like that.. its beyond age and thats the beauty of it..my bro who was 22 when he joined IIM studied with people from walks of life and exp.. thats what makes it so better for everyome to earn from each other.. he himself learnt a lot from his classmates as he was youngest in the batch.. he is not from eng background either...commerce ka bacha hai.. no coaching nothing for cat exams..

MBA students jinse maine mila lije my bro wo nahi mante aisa .. wo kehte hai jisko kuch nahi milta wo hrm leta hai.. islue i was surprised ki koi chahta hai HRM.. so. Happy koi passion se le rha hai not because koi option nahi haj.. this person will definitely do a great job.. all the best
