Very nice. So you do not have a single example to show that there were anti-India slogans.

And Google? Hunny, Google also has a lot of fake news (IT cell keeps manufacturing it every day)

Lol aunty google may have a lot of fake news but supreme court of India? Instead of roaming here on if, you would have watched news you would've known what sc said abt these people.

Those who incite these students to protest, never joins them when they actually protest!

Bingo!

Also, this idea of rebellion against anything and everything has been so deeply romanticised by the media and these 'wokes' that these students don't even realise that they are just being used as puppets. The student leaders are gonna gain mileage and join politics, the political parties will continue their games. It's the genuine students who are losing their precious time and have their future at stake.

If they have to protest then they can protest against the economy, GDP, farmers plight par wo nhi krenge because their leaders won't get footage on these topics.

How are they tukde tukde gang? Ain't we painting every left leaning individual as tukde tukde gang these days? Kanhaiya kumar and his friends weren't the ones beaten up. Unless we meant every leftist at JNU is part of the tukde tukde gang , I don't understand how are these labels being used for this incident.

If she supported the government openly people would have criticized her for lobbying f NA. At least she is better than Akshay Kumar who instantly liked the tweet favouring Jamia millia students and then changing his stance. Though I am against campus politics , I am equally against the vested agenda of government and their nonchalant reaction even after Hindu rakshadals revelation that they are responsible for JNU attack.

Kudos to DP for visiting the students when it is quite evident that compared to the Bhakts , the JNU supporters are minority.

JNU has some 8000-9000 students. Even if there were slogans not everyone was shouting those slogans. It was just a few students from Kashmiris and the video which was circulated was fake. And do you think the government would have spared Kanhaya or any other student if the had valid proof against him shouting slogans? This government has so much power that hE would have been in jail today.

For the anti DP posters on this thread:

Someone in it for movie promo would've left themselves a way out. Because in such circumstances, no one knows how it will end. If the government wins this standoff, she WILL pay for it: financially and emotionally.

What Deepika did is taking a stand from which there is no return. Kudos to her.

As for others being willing sooner or later, well they didn't, did they?

Re: celebs taking a stand. Unlike idiot Hollywood celebrities, she is not lecturing others on what they have to think on matters they're least qualified to comment on. She is making her stance clear which she is entitled to do.
