Yeh rishta boring and bland kehlata hai
So I watched the episode and though I felt that Salman went a little overboard against Asim (especially with the RS topic, Rasim convo about Sid and irritating voice thing) but I still felt that he was trying to lecture him and samjhao him like a mentor though his tone got too harsh at the end
He also defended Asim and RD's friendship and told S to not bring out secrets that Asim had shared with him. He had also said that Asim should have been at the 15 min mark (30 min comment was sarcastic).
I feel like he was hinting Asim and RD to ignore S and target Pahira instead. Hence, the bashing for going against S but subtly supporting them over Pahira.
I think bb wants S vs Naaz and Rasim vs Pahira for the upcoming weeks and I won't be surprised if they put Naaz in Asim's team in the next week's task for this purpose.
Now maybe they want Naaz to go against S and downgrade Asim to compete with P so they can somehow achieve their Sidnaaz top 2 goal and push Asim to 3rd.
It won't work though as Asim now has way too big of a fan base to not be in the top 2 (especially since the show is close to the climax) as was proven by yesterday's trend.
Also, it's good if bb want Asim vs P and I prefer it too. Asim vs S always gets too much violent.
Asim vs P on the other hand always ends in Asim's favour in terms of public support. Asim throughout the season has always been showered with love and praises by the audience whenever he has stood against that bully P.
