Cake scene and mud fight will happen on monday. As I've said, Maya won't kiss Rudra to ensnare him. Her plan is to seduce him while still playing hard to get. That kiss was genuine and something must have happened for maya to connect with him on that level.
that somethig may be the mud scene. Somehow, maya's mother ends up there and she calls rudra to help maya out of that mud. because of that. maya begins to trust him or at least feel a genunine attraction towards him. More than the kiss, I would like to see their behaviour around eachother afterwards as I'm it was an unprecedented moment for both. I hope we get plenty of awkwardness, desire and resistance from both.
I don't think rudra found out about rishi and maya yet. His angst in the precap is because he realizes that he is falling for maya and that brought back the past pain and ugly memories. His reaction to the hug was that of a jealous and possessive man.
The whole thing sounds perfect and if it follows the order in which you described, then all the scenes have the potential to sizzle and add that slow burn and adult romance instead of “oh. We just tripped and fell and bammm we are in love” hogwash.
