I know it's early but still i think that line was to show how broken she is that she just want to be done with this pain. It again solidified for me that Rudra will bring her back in light.

Ananya--Rishi upset? I think other way round. They will try to make him see other side of MJ's action which will make Rudra angry and he might ask them to leave him alone.
