She said he is her representative, and if legally she has given him the power to represent her on papers, even if his signatures aren't present initially, now his signature matter equally.

Maya as an individual can sign anything. But if she nominates someone on her behalf, he is equally authorized to sign the same documents. Koi represent karta hai hume to hamari jagah sign kar sakta hai, hume replace nahi karta. Whatever she signs is authorized and whatever Rajeev signs is equal to Maya signing so that's valid too.

Whether she made him authorized or not is not shown in the show but I hope CVs ke paas itni legal knowledge to hogi hi.

Actually rajeev is authorized representative of maya. Which means maya has given him power of attorney to be the face of investor

Now, even if he is allowed to sign mj doc and shift rhe attorney to him he cannot do it alone.

He has to leave the place where maya is to be signed and sign below with an initial of (p.p) which means procuration it also means that the paper is not fully valid until the original person signs.
