In that extra jhalak, what did Vishal say to Sana ki when she said tu khud galiyan deta hai, and then complain to Madhu . I didn understand what he said

Sid is in too deep with Pahira now. Shehnaaz gotta get out of there. The Sidnaaz dream is dead. I can't see her being reduced to a doormat.

The promo posted on colours, for nominations, though Sana is not shown nominating anyone, but the last scene , she is shown along with Asim, Vishal, Rashmi among those who nominated Mahira.

I fear paras will again call her jealous n Sid will side with them,

But to be honest, Sana was the one who made things ugly with Pahira, they did not.

Also Sid ki abhi Rashmi Asim se Nahi Banti, na hi Vishal se, he needs a team. And paras is a good player n he listens to Sid. Sid needs players like paras n Mahira who won't go against him. He likes their loyalty.
