That was AFTER Rashami was discussing with Arhaan and Asim in an episode about who has the keys to her house and who can be in her house, etc. Remember she came in front of camera and threatened her family member about it in the bathroom. Vishal asked her if she was talking about Sid and she said no "meri apni". The key was brought up by Salman after we see Rashami telling BB that she needs to talk to someone about changing her house locks.
